The London Museum of Water & Steam

The London Museum of Water & Steam was founded in 1975 and is situated in Brentford. It tells the wonderful story of London's water supply and the pumping engines that contributed to the city's greatness. Explore the tunnels and walk-through sewers, jump aboard London's only narrow gauge railway and see the giant beam engines like the 90-inch Cornish Engine. This is an interactive experience that the whole family can enjoy.

The Splash Zone is the perfect outdoor place where you and the kids can have adventurous water fun with the new water play features in the Waterwheel Courtyard. Discover the different ways of moving water using buckets, wheels, pumps, pipes and many others!

Relax and unwind at Birdie's cafe where you can enjoy hot or cold drinks and delicious foods. The cafe offers children's meals and high chairs for the little ones. There are nice comfortable sofas and a play table for kids.
