This mindfulness workbook is designed to nurture mindfulness in young hearts and minds. With each stroke of their coloured pencils, kids embark on a journey of self-discovery, self-reflection, learning to embrace the present moment and develop mindfulness skills that will serve them well throughout life.
Plus, colouring and tracing helps them with their gross motor skills, grip control and patience. If your child hasn’t fully developed their pencil holding/colouring skills, then you can help them with it.
