The Wallace Collection Museum

The Wallace Collection Museum is located in central London and is home to collections of paintings, furniture, arms & armour and porcelain from the 15th to 19th centuries. Since it's situated close to the busy Oxford Street, it's a well-known museum with lots of tourists visiting from all over the world. With lots of fun things to do for families, kids won't even have the chance to get bored! You need to book a free, timed ticket in advance.

Children/Family activities

There is a wide range of activities and workshops for kids and the whole family throughout the year and during school holidays. You can pick up a range of free activity trails from the reception and your kids can have their own adventure around the gallery and even have the chance to try on armour in the Conservation Gallery! Enjoy a variety of interactive games in the galleries including The Magic Horn at the Wallace Collection' which you can download on your mobile and solve the mystery of the missing Magic Horn. There's lots to do for all ages!

Food/Drink

The Wallace restaurant is located in the Museum so you can relax and dine here or have a lovely Afternoon Tea. You can also bring your own packed lunches and have a lovely picnic on the lawn in front of the Museum on warm sunny days.

The address of the Museum is: Hertford House, Manchester Square, London W1U 3BN. There is parking available on nearby streets that are metered until 6.30pm. For available car park info, click here. There are also two accessible parking spaces available on site and two parking Blue Badge spaces in Manchester Square and others in nearby streets.
