Streatham Common

Streatham Common is a large nature reserve located in the London Borough of Lambeth. It has an enchanting garden called The Rookery which is full of beautiful wild flower meadows and areas of woodland and grassland. A great place for families to spend time in the fresh green outdoors!

Children & Family activities

Streatham Common Children's Playground has been refurbished to make a great area for children to explore. There's timber play equipment with connected pathways and a seating area Some of the structures are specially made for certain age ranges with more challenging structures for the older children. This reserve is also generally great for jogging, playing sports, flying a kite or taking your dog on a walk!

Food & Drink

There is a cafe located on Streatham Common South Side, located next to The Rookery where you can grab some refreshments or a drink. You can also bring your own snacks and packed lunches and have a lovely family picnic in the designated picnic area with tables, surrounded by the wildlife and nature.
