Kids can have lots of fun pretending to be animals through making noises and doing the fun animal poses on each page. The book is short, simple and full of positive messages and is the perfect way to wind down at bed time. After reading: Practise doing yoga together. Try to make it into a routine- get into the habit of doing it every morning when you wake up and every night before going to sleep. A great way to connect together!
