British Museum

The British Museum, situated in Bloomsbury, London and founded in 1753 is a museum dedicated to the history of humanity, art and culture. It was the first national museum of the world with 8 million works exploring the human cultures of the world, the vast empires and scientific research of over 2 million years.
There are some fascinating world-famous objects on display such as the Rosetta Stone, Parthenon sculptures and Egyptian mummies! It is open to the public including tourists from all over the world and is free entry.

Children/Family activities

There's a range of workshops, exhibitions and activities for the whole family! Young children can have an adventure around the museum with a themed backpack that is full of fun items and activities. They can borrow art materials and can take their drawings home with them to remember this experience! There is also an exciting opportunity to go on the different 30-40 minute explorer trails as a family where you can see some treasures and cool objects around the museum. There's a variety of activities for the trails depending on the age of your children.

Food/Drink
